紐約警車沖向示威人群！紐約市長：不怪警察，抗議者不該威脅警察

據外媒報道，當地時間5月30日，美國紐約兩輛警車被示威者圍堵投擲物品後，突然沖向示威人群。

Footage has emerged of two police cars being swarmed by protesters in New York before they decide to drive through the crowd.

一段拍攝於紐約布魯克林的視頻顯示，當時示威者把隔離欄挪到一輛警車前，並向其投擲物品。幾秒後，第二輛警車駛來，兩輛警車幾乎同時衝撞向示威者。

Video that was shot in Brooklyn showed two NYPD cruisers driving into protesters who were pushing against a barricade against a police car and pelting it with objects.

The first patrol car initially remained stationary in the middle of the road before demonstrators approached. The activists then began pelting the car with bottles, traffic cones and even bags of trash.

A second NYPD cruiser then pulled alongside the first but appeared to be in a rush to push through the crowds.

Those gathered swarmed the second patrol car which then, without warning, suddenly began to accelerate. It saw at least three people pushed to the side and almost run over and the police car drove on down the street.

他說：

"Look, I"ve seen that video, and I』ve obviously heard about a number of other instances — it"s inappropriate for protestors to surround a police vehicle and threaten police officers. That"s wrong on its face and that hasn"t happened in the history of protest in this city," de Blasio said.

白思豪稱：「我看過那個視頻，我也聽說了其他一些事例，抗議者圍堵警車，威脅警察，這是不合適的。這事表面上看就不對，本市的抗議歷史上也從未發生過這類事件。」

He added that "the video was upsetting, and I wish the officers hadn"t done that. But I also understood that they didn"t start the situation. The situation was started by a group of protestors converging on a police vehicle, attacking that vehicle, it』s unacceptable."

他補充說，「視頻看著讓人很不安，我希望警察沒有這麼做。但我也理解，事由不是他們挑起的，而是一群抗議者圍堵攻擊警車在先，這是不能接受的。」

白思豪還稱，他並不責怪警察做出這種事。

"I』m not going to blame officers who were trying to deal with an absolutely impossible situation." 我不會去怪那些警察，他們遇到的是無法破解的困境。

"The folks who were converging on that police car did the wrong thing to begin with, and they created an untenable situation. I wish the officers had found a different approach, but let』s begin at the beginning. The protestors in that video did the wrong thing to surround that police car, period."
